Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field; Possess basic theoretical knowledge of pump (or electromechanical) products; Experience in pump design is a plus; Have good drawing and recognition skills, proficient in using CAD and other drawing software; Has good organizational and coordination skills, and strong development skills.
