Matters Needing Attention Before And After Use Of Stainless Steel Submersible Sewage Pump

The choice of the submersible pump before use is very important. Consider the actual situation of the water source, working hours, pumping volume, etc., and comprehensively determine the selected submersible pump model. Just like the environmental requirements, there must be a safe and reliable power supply. The drop of the outlet pipe on the water surface of the pool should be less than the head, and the water source should be clean. When the submersible pump is in normal use, it will inevitably cause many accidents.

When the Stainless Steel Submersible Sewage Pump is activated, when the electric pump is running, the rotation should be smooth, without vibration and abnormal noise. Observe whether the significant fluctuations around the motor are the beginning of the running current and line voltage. After the main circuit of the motor is energized, if it is found that the motor does not rotate, it should be turned off immediately to prevent the motor with long-term power from being stuck and burned. Please note that after installing or repairing the pump for the first time, when the test machine can only be started after the pump is started, if an abnormality is found, it should be shut down immediately to check whether the rotation direction is correct. If the installation is correct, please find out the reason and put it into operation. Then troubleshoot. The rewinding pump is caused by the burnt-out of the motor winding, and it is put into operation for the first time after a few hours, and the measurement of thermal insulation resistance should be no less than 0.38M12 before continuing. When the pump stops running too frequently, it should not be turned on; the number of starts per hour is usually no more than six times and needs to be evenly distributed.
